Hi, just installed 3ds Max on my laptop and however, faced some problems. Hope somebody can give me some advice on this.
- Took pretty long to start up 5 mins plus.
- Once it’s loaded, startup and running, harddisk kept running like loading files like that and when i closed 3ds max program, the harddisk is still running!! I have checked the window task process and seems that there is no process is loading. I have no other programs running when i ran 3ds max and did not run any when i closed the program but can’t figure out why the harddisk keeps loading and running.
I’m currently using a laptop.
P4 1.8, 512mb DDR ram and 40 gig harddisk with geforce 4 gfx.
Running on Winxp.
Please don’t ask me why am i using laptop to run 3ds max cos i do not have a choice as im studying overseas now. I got no desktop.
Need this program to work so i can do my assignments.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
