A button that fades in more buttons=)

take a look at this flash site.
When you move your mouse over the heading(button) three buttons fade in.
Is it hard to make this effect. I tried but failed;(

[COLOR=Red]on (release) {
_root.contents.loadMovie(“locations.swf”);
}[/COLOR]
Something tells me that “[COLOR=Red]on (release)[/COLOR]” has to be changed to “roll over” or something?
