i want to learn how to make layouts like that and how to blend in the image if anyone has a tutorial on this id appreciate it so much thanks.
What do you mean by blend the image in? The layout can easily be made if you get a solid understanding of html tables. Go study them at w3schools.com 
To do image blends like that you’re going to need a program like Adobe Photoshop. You can’t really just do a tutorial and master blending images together…you have to learn how to use Photoshop first (which could take weeks or months!).
