Hi,
I have used Photoshop to create some buttons, resize images, etc.
I keep seeing these amazing intricate pics that must have at least a 100 layers. I just visited electrongeeks website. WOW on the artwork.
Would some one point me in the direction to a tute that walks you through blending several layers into a work of art.

i dont know of any, but my advice to start out, is make a pic on one layer, then go to layer/duplicate layer
then mess around with blending options and opacity, then keep experimenting by addins more layers, with diff stuff

Yeah, electrongeeks images are done in Cinema 4D and Photoshop I believe.
www.teamphotoshop.com has some tutorials on layer blending properties and such.

I believe electrongeek used Cinema 4D and photoshop on his layout, but most of the stuff in his gallery was made with photoshop and illustrator.
Here are some of electrongeek’s favorite tutorial sites. =)

yeah i got it in my closet, didnt feel like pulling it out. but i learned everything from it. it tells you like when to use a new layer, and eventually you just pick it up.

Yes Lost, I know him in person and he’s annoying, he follows me everywhere. He’s even right here right now while I’m typing this.
