I just tossed this together at school in paint so if you flame thats quite alright.
Not too shabby really… I kinda like it. 
The blue globe looks good but there are pixelated lines around the skater image.
Too bad…kind of ruins a good image.
I tryed to get away from the pixelated lines but it just doesnt work out.

Yea its the sun I grabbed the image from a site It was already blue but I added some stuff to it.
