I was looking for some good webhosts for getting my portfolio website up which is totally done in flash… and I came across this one…
They have really cheaper rates…but i was just wondering how their service could be…
What do you guys think and suggest ?

one of the best domain providers i know. never tried their hosting though. but i guess it would be good.
Highly respected and one of the top hosters… your not going to be disappointed if thats what you mean (that or use 1and1.com).

Actually, there are more large hosters.
I would recommend www.surpasshosting.com, I’m hosting a client’s site there, it hasn’t failed once, their rates are excellent, their support is really quick and it offers all the gadgets and thingies hosts should offer.
I have a GoDaddy account, it’s fine for hosting, haven’t had any problems. Also, I saw an advert for this company today in a design magazine:
I think in the ad they were doing some kind of offer of unlimited space and bandwidth for like £15/year.
streamline are so crap, please dont use them, I set a few “ex” clients up on them and it was a disaster.
(note I emphasised the word ex lol)
oh sounds cool… I feel I will go for this… I also had one option I forgot ( I am at office)…

agreed, had to call them 4 times before I could get support and if you needed support at the weekend, forget it
switched to 1and1, no problems since :thumb:
I think before I make final call I will be visiting the mentioned webhosts as well.
