Accessing my control panel

hey guys, i just setup my own domain name and im having trouble accessing the page that my host has created for me to setup email accounts and what not. i know that the url is working but for some reason i cannot access it on my computer. does anyone out there know what settings i need to change on my computer to allow me to access this url. any help is always appreciated. thanks. -daniel
