Is this possible? For like the last 8 months I have been exercising and lifting fever-ishly, with some great results. But I think I may have done too much lately because I developed and nagging pain in my shoulder and back. So I cant do as much as far as upper body goes. So I am taking a week or 2 off. But now I feel like I am going through some sort of withdrawal now…lol. Can one get addicted to exercising and lifting?
A few friends have actually asked me if I am taking steroids or if I dipped into barry bonds travel bag…lol
