I’m not sure where to post this question, but this looked like the best place.
I designed the graphics for the side of a trailer for a landscaping business. I created the design on Adobe Illustrator CS. I exported the file as .eps, just as the graphic printer wanted it, and put it on a cd.
However, the guy who is putting my design to life says that the file will not work for him. He said it opens fine on his Mac (I have PC if that makes a difference) but he can’t move any of the objects around. I don’t understand why because it works fine for me. I followed his instructions on how to export it. He keeps saying he wants only “lines and curves”. Any idea what that means?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I don’t understand why he can’t just take the regular .ai file. But he wants it in .eps. I’m not quite sure what .eps is. He needs this file asap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
