Advice : How to approach full site design

I have been designing html based sites for quite a while now. I’ve used flash for Nav bars, effects, screensavers, small games etc…, but I’ve never built an entire site with Flash.

I have tried a few times, but always given up because I feel like I have no idea what i am doing.

I would really appreciate any advice on how to approach and build full flash sites… I’m sure it just need to click in my brain and I’ll be away and full flashing…

Any pointers, online tutorials or books would be ideal
