Hey everyone…
After spending about a month planning everything this is what i came up with. I would personally like to thank everyone that helped me when i needed it during the construction of this site. (MIRC crew).
I have incorporated some new things in this design so i hope you like the final product.

hey alex, im really interested to see more updates in the photo section, that looks like a nice add-on. (but take off the watermark things, cause that takes away from the original photo).

You are on the right track! FYI: Your fonts are really bitmapped, and I would reconsider the vertical rectangle cutting thru the masthead… it doesnt make much sense to me unless you are using it as a secondary navigation. Also… all of you menu graphics are broken pics… as well as some other sub menu pics.
I like your color scheme… but I would work on the layout a bit more… seams a bit under done as far as design is concerned…
Getting better but you’ve used several different fonts and i don’t have some of them (century Gothic for one). I agree with vstorm on the vertical green bar, it doesn’t fit, but if you must keep it i would make a small logo that follows the style of the header and place it at the intersection of the two. Your nav buttons look too much like the kirupaforums buttons as well.
Out of them all i liked the first flash site you had a year or so ago.

Congrats Alex! You’ve really come out with this website! This is definatly the best site I’ve seen you create.
wow i happened to be the first to view your site before u posted this, i checked it out this morning, kinda cool. ermm maybe u should consider using other fonts and add in some more photos!

Just a few tables seem to be mesed up, like the table that the navigation is in, it’s slightly larger than the banner for the site.
Im using mozilla firebird and notice a bug. The intervies section gets all messed up.
I don’t know if other people notice this kind of stuff, but I do… but that’s me… so…
there are a few problems like this.
Definatley the best site you’ve done to date by a long shot.
Some of the fonts on the nav buttons looked a little blurred.
why do your interviews open in a new window?
A big improvement regarding your previous designs - good work.
