America's Army game crash, specific error message given!

I don’t know if any of you guys play, but this seems like a hardware / software relation issue so I posted this here. It’s really a great game, for being free and all. (2.4 is super buggy though; 2.3 is a lot better)

When I’m waiting to enter the game, it crashes and gives me this error:
