I think your site is a little too crowded. The two menus at the top are (seem) redundant. And it’s generally a bad idea to hide the user’s mouse except if you replace it by one that is very much like it.
Your flash buttons seem to engage on mouse over, not mouse click, which is annoying when you are just hovering around like I do with my mosue and suddenly you leave the page. Maybe you could tone down the music effects, make them a little more subtle.
Regarding content, maybe a fully loaded forum is a little too much at first, you should maybe try something a little more casual.
