Animating buttons with rollover

I have very little experiance with flash. Im trying to animate some buttons with mouse rollsover. Im using a motion tween to have images fade in and out. I can teach myself all the graphic stuff on it, but I think i need action scripting to do this. I had an .fla, but trashed it so that I could start over fresh. Does anyone know where I can find out how, or anyone willing to help. Thanks
