Not without Photoshop where you can use the Filter/Noise/Add Noise feature to make the static, then import the image into Flash.
Note: Any Graphics program that can create a static look will work too.
aight, then get like 4 or 5 dif pics of it, and then just loop em right?
I didn’t know if there was any way of making random pixels -n- such with actionscript… but this way works just fine wit me =D

Yeah, just a few pics and make them random.
Or what I did once was I created one image, then created 4 keyframes.
And in each keyframe I rotated the image 1/4 of the way.
Worked well.
You probably COULD do it with AS, but that would kill the processor. So best do it with images.
