esp w/ OSX, which is now the most stable and versatile OS on theee planet … basically it’s another flavor of UNIX
…I find that most detractors are in that class not unlike the guys that put the stickers of that kid peeing on the other brand - most of whom are barely likely to qualify for an opinion much less criticism :sure:

I’ve got nothing against macs. I just don’t like them cause they can’t do what I use computers for. They’ve only got about a dozen good games you can play. Plus, I’m just so windows oriented, that I prob. couldn’t use them. Gates has me for life I think.

Never got the entire “OS X” thing, why can’t they just name it simple, like, 98, 20000, or 2003???

I have nothing against Macs… It looks to be a nice computer. I would like to try Video Editing on one, but alas I can not justify dropping $2k on a Mac just to try it out… Ahh well all you mac users have fun with it.

They arent really lying - they’re just trying to make things look good in their favor. Everyone does it - there was even that recent broo-ha-ha about the Nvidia tests and how they were ‘rigged’ or whatever.
When companies try to make themselves look good with specs, they’ll try to make themselves look good.
