this is a site i made for my band. its the best i could do considering the only schooling i had was high school 9 years ago:ub: anyway, any opinions are greatly appreciated.

I like it but the splash page doesn’t match the style of the rest of the site. The nav is cool and I like the background picture too.
One thing I would do is center the site and make their name more prominent.
I like it! The whole tv idea and such looks great at makes for nice transitions between the pages. I agree with others that it doesn’t match the splash page. Maybe on the background photo give it a bit more grunge or smooth it out. It has that digital photo speckle syndrome. The red on the button presses doesn’t look right, maybe change that up a bit. The fonts could use to match, the squished non-pixel fonts are blurred and hard to read. With all the recent popup blocking you might be concerned with having the downloads page in a seperate window. Other than that everything seems to be in order.
slightly off topic: I enjoyed the music, where are you guys from?
thanks for the replies. i kept it in the upper corner because i had it centered to begin with and it looked too uniform. im not sure how to make the text any clearer, i worked on it but just ended up frustrated, plus im kind of limited on the type of font that everybody else will agree on. i totally agree with the splashpage being a little off from the rest of the site but thats what i had to do to keep everyone happy. it’ll probably end up changin again.
