AWS is winding down WorkMail and putting App Runner into maintenance mode, so a few more corners of the cloud catalog are getting the slow fade instead of any big surprise launch.
Feels like AWS is finally admitting “we have 300 services” isn’t automatically a flex. If you built on App Runner because it was the easy button, I’d start planning an exit now while the docs and engineers still remember it exists.
