I am trying to use the tutorial from this site http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/percentagepreloader.htm to make a bacis preloader to a site but for some reason the site seems to want to load the full flash file before anything is played, then it whips through the preloader and goes to the site.
Is this an issue with the preloader code or something in the HTML?
