Nothing else to say about it…
Pretty cool!!
hmmm… best use of flash you’ve have ever seen ? :-/
Nothing new.
Its not bad, however I hate it when people convert books/magazines to a web format, the resolutions usually dont work for this medium. Web and print content usually need to be designed seperately IMO
I’m more impressed with the tools, havent seen those on a flash magazine yet.
u need to see more flash
u need to see more flash
its ok - its a bit like adobe acrobat viewer made in flash with fancy little page effect…
Nice!
heh… I did that 2yrs ago. and no that’s not a lie, we did it for a promo selling piece for a catalog, you were able to do calculations (ex. buy 300 units of one thing at $1 = subtotal $300), print, send, email the total sheet, mail a page, save, and search.
but that is definately NOT the best use I’ve ever seen… not worth of kool sites IMO, but w/e.
We’re happy it’s the best Flash you’ve seen. Looks like a full-blown implementation of http://www.iparigrafika.hu/pageflip/
It’s good…just not great.
yeeeeaaa…
to bad it’s not the best use of graphic design ever seen.
iv’e seen better:)
but the interface looks sleeker than some flash examples i have seen
great page, but just like icio said: nothing new
I did that a while ago for a site…the book thing is kinda old. But I always liked the effect when done right…gj
Actually these people do it better as far as a e-magazine
http://www.zinio.com/
Only thing is I dont think its web driven…but its still coo.
ditto. iparigraika code is inspiring though !
nothing I like about it sadly. But that’s not to say it doesn’t belong here. Just my opinion.
I don’t like it at all But I don’t know code-wise if it’s good, I left after a few seconds when the page-flipper zoomed in all the time
i wish all sites were that bad then my would look (semi) good
There are heaps of sites using that flipping thing.
Even I got sent by a friend the fla. months ago, Never thought of using it but if someone really like it I can post it.
