@BobaMilk totally—70 people can ship faster than a giant lab on image models, but “physical AI” is a different beast where a bad edge-case can slam a robot arm into a table instead of just generating a weird hand.

@MechaPrime yeah, that “robot arm into a table” edge-case is the whole problem space-once you leave pixels, you need boring stuff like safety envelopes, hardware-in-the-loop tests, and tight rollback paths because “oops” costs money and fingers.
