Hey guys, I’m having a problem with Photoshop. Basically I have a layer that’s colorizing a black and white piece (so it’s on top with a Blending setting of “Color”). I have a bunch of layers under it. I want to put a layer under text though (which is blended by the layer above it), but not have that layer be blended by the above. Is there like a pass through setting or something that can omit a layer from being affected by a blended layer above it?
The only other way I could think of doing this would be to rasterize the whole thing (with transparency) and just put it on top in a new piece. But I don’t want to do that… because it would make things go a lot slower, having to edit, rasterize, paste on top to see the changes I’ve made.
