to me that looks like dawings on different frames, and having them play over and over…( im bored so i zoomed in and stared at it for a while) it does loop but this can be made in AS im sure but i dont know any scrips, try flashkit.com and run a search on swinging or something…good luck

If completely random means fully scripted, it’s going to be horrible. I think you’re better off tweening it, and then playing the tween at random intervals.
