Blue Screen of Death

I keep getting it nowadays, don’t know why. The error i get is:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x002ef800).
This system has been shut down.

I have had other experiences with the death screen yet have never been able to fix it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem… or atleast translate it?

edit:/ just put a quote boxy thing around the error to prevent confusion which i doubt would happen anyway
