You mean like a picture that looks blurry?
I just use a Gaussian Blur filter in photoshop and import the picture in flash
na, thats to easy… i mean when the pic moves … leaves a trail fadding out… or a text
What you can try to do is duplicate the image or text or whatever you want to blur behind it and set all the duplicates’ _alpha something low. if you need an example, i’ll be glad to show you.
