i use IE, avant, mozilla, netscape, and on linux i use kde browser to bad theres no flash support on linux yet 
oh yeah mlkdesign, thats another one 
because viewing source in IE is done in notepad, my primary HTML editing program 
(dreamweaver being secondary) This is great especially when testing files on the drive since you just view source, edit ctrl+s and refresh

the flash plugin is available for linux (v6), just not the Flash authoring app :-\
i usually use explorer, but ive been using safari a bit - its sooooo fast…
