ok so i called tech support and they said my processor is only running at 1.1 ghz instead of 2 because my bus speed is to low 
he said jump it to 400 mhz
but my mobo can take 400mhz but it wont light up when i try to pick it it just jumps it
Can we get more deets? Gonna need the exact processor, mobo, and ram.
nvm i got it 
i just needed to take the dam jumpers of the mobo lol
