Anyone have any idea why when I set my FSB from 100 to 133 it won’t let my monitor work? I’m running a Athlon XP 2000, and thought at first it was my Video Card (which was an old VooDoo 3.5), so I replaced it with a GeForce 4, which didn’t help. Then I thought it was my power-supply, so I replaced it with a much more powerful supply, and can’t figure out what’s going on. My processor is only running at 1.2 ghz, when it SHOULD be running at 2 ghz, once my FSB is set right, according to AMD.
My motherboard OEM says “Just take the Jumper off point X, and then power the machine back up to get the FSB up to 133”… Anyone seen this before? Please help!
