if you have body paint, it’s a must, depends on which C4D version you’ve got though…
But yeah, two or three bots in one scene with some light & spark effects would look awesome =)

is it easy to do UV mapping in c4d? But yeah body paint is awesome. Actually you could do alot without mapping. Just improve your texture you have there now. Adjust the diffuse and play with the specularity in some areas (maybe some bump). Will give you some inconsistancies and add to the realism. Right now the texture is too perfect. just my .02
Well bodypaint (as from what i’ve seen so far) really allows you to do real-time texturing, almost like painting directly over your model…
It’s nice because you don’t have to figure out a whole texture map before hand and just give it a shot live; drawing your transparency, bump, displacement… directly… It does look cool, and I wish I could use it =)…
