Feel great, i found a good forum site today. 
I have been a php developer for 4 years. I am fluent in programming and i have no doubt on that part. I got bored with my life with php and i got interest in Flash. Because in my earlier college days i enjoyed making funny things on Java applet, swing.
I am learning flash & actionscript 3.0 now. And its very simple!!! Just like java in most cases.
Here is my question. I never been good at drawing skills. I have less interest to become a designer. When i see a cartoon done in flash i worried about i can not do those things in future. I meant like a character’s face expression. Do i need great art skills to become a flash developer? If you are in flash development field currently, how you guys do that type of work in your company? Other than programming what skills i will need to become a good flash developer? What should i do?
