I am wondering what are the necessary steps in becoming a Flash Developer as far as software and languages? [FONT=Arial Black][COLOR=black]ALSO IN WHAT ORDER[/COLOR][/FONT] should I learn these tools to get the job? I want to also use flex once I have mastered what I need. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication/Digital Design to go along with that. I appreciate everyones help.

First and foremost you should learn Actionscript 3 and proper OOP practices. :thumb:
a piece of advice, even if you intend on being a flash DEVELOPER, learn how to use the timeline!!! it will save your life from time to time, and you just can’t avoid it if working with flash ‘designers’, trust me on that one, i used to code EVERYTHING down to the visual assets…
