ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the divice. symptoms: can open and close but when i put a cd in it the reading light comes on and I can hear it reading but nothing happens. I can see anything in the cd drive from my computer, just shows nothing in the drive. The cd drive keeps reading for a long time and finally quits and nothing happens. any help would be great :azn:
