Does anyone know how you change the colour of Scroll Bars in Flash MX?

If you are talking about the scrollpane component you should be able to drag it on the stage and then right click it and choose “edit in place”. Keep drilling down on the shapes and change colors as needed. You change the individual shapes in the library.
