that’s impossible… Ilyas (Masa :P) posting in D&D? :trout:

anywho, it’s been posted before… let me look that thread up =)

****, i can’t find it ;(

but what that thread said is either to use Photoshop (and i don’t remember the exact method), or to simple use the ā€˜trace bitmap’ feature in flash and playing around with the ā€˜Color Threshold’ value

hope this helps =)

There’s a filter for that. You don’t need to trace that. But if you want…you can.

The link isn’t working, bit I assume that you’re after the duotone, black and white kind of effect, like in my avatar? All you need to do for that is open the image in PS and select the layer. In the layers panel at the bottom, there’s a few little icons - you want the circle that’s divided into a black half and a white half.

Click that, and choose Threshold from the menu.

Then you’ll get a slider and stuff appear, just move the bar until you get what you want.

there are otherways too like stated you could mostlikely get it in flash, you could also trace it in illustrator…

Yeah, but tacing takes hours and Threshold takes seconds. :stuck_out_tongue:

more fulfilment? i was just stating options kit! lol. and the link works, but after you click it you have to cut it then paste it thenhit enter.

Ah…Impatient little me didn’t try that.

Isn’t that ā€œposterizeā€ from PhotoShop 6.0 ? Or it might be an other name, I can’t really remember :stuck_out_tongue:

some probably already said this but do a trace bitmap in flash and drop the color threshold…be sure to set the curves to many
