Well geek squad wants 250USD to get the data off my drive that I recently had fried. Simple search online shows that the drive I had has a nice little feature where the board likes to randomly fry.
So anyone know of any US based places that do data recovery?
(this is the type where the drive has to be ripped open probably, it spins but the parts that give the data back to the computer is fried).
