I’ve never programmed before but I’m trying to find a way to begin with Flash with the aim of making flash games. I downloaded Flashdevelop, Flash SDK and the Flash 10 plugin and started looking for tutorials, I’ve been looking for an understandable tutorial that I can use with Flashdevelop for about two days now, does one exist? Keep in mind I know nothing about programming, I see all these ‘introduction to flash’ things and I dont have a clue what they’re saying or else they’re specific to CS3/CS4. I was going to download the CS4 30 day trial but it’s an 800mb file and I’d rather not load that onto my comp just to have it for 30 days, Flashdevelop seems a much better option but I can’t find any tutorials for it that match my level.
Can someone help me? And yes, I’ve already looked through the tutorials listed in the resources thread.
Or maybe someone here could tell me what basic things I need to know first, then I can find tutorials on those things individually.
