CGAM 1.1

As a CG enthusiast, i guess this magazine was what naturally came to my mind. This magazine aims to satisfy the wants of the contemporary CG artist, offering both 2D and 3D content. Well, designing was not exactly easy. Done 100% in photoshop and it took me hours to get the layout right.
About the ‘Making Scrat tutorial’, I found it funny to make Scrat himself stare at his tutorial. 
And finally about the CD pouch, it is no photo :). I designed the CD underneath first. Designed the pouch by placing a transperent layer over it. To enhance reality i applied a blur filter to the part of the CD inside the pouch (pretty nifty, eh.? ;))
Finally, not to sacrifice on quality i made the final jpg pretty big in size. So it may take a bit of time to load. Well that’s it ! Enjoy !

Updates (on CGAM 1.0)
- cleaned up the white specs on the scrat image.
- made the masthead bigger
- reduced the ‘scart tutorial’ size a bit (it was competing for space with the masthead)
- removed the question mark on ‘how they melted it down’ !
- removed ‘------->’ from the top. ( i was on 2 minds on this myself ;))
- no ambiguity in issue number now. winks at glosrfc
- some minor aesthetic tweaks as well.
