Hi everyone,
Ok - let’s do another contest! What do you all think of the following guidelines?
The rules are simple:
Inside a 640x480 area, make blue colored circles move around the screen.
You can do this in Flash or HTML. The circles could be vectors, images, movies, gifs, etc. The circles could be hollow with a blue outline, they could be solid, they could have both an outline and a fill, they could have an opacity, BUT THEY CANNOT be ovals / squares / triangles / or any other non-circle shape.

Where to Submit
Create a thread in the (TO BE CREATED) Animate Blue Circles forum with a link to your entry. That’s it.
Duration
The contest will run for 1 month. The exact start date will be based around when you guys are happy with the guidelines and such.
Prizes
Two Wacom tablets courtesy of Wacom. Cash prizes thanks to the kirupa.com Slush Fund. Exact details will be provided shortly.
Judging
As always, two rounds of judging. The first round will be to whittle down the entries to a manageable size. The second round will be based on public votes.
