Anywho… .png is a type of image that allows alpha transparency when imported into Flash. Sorta like a transparent gif, but more of a faded look.

yea, ummm no.
So is this png made in Fireworks, or can you make it elsewere, like photoshop or what (can’t check either program now, not on my own box).

Your new footer is nice, the height is too big. The max height is supposed to be 60px.
You can save as .png in Photoshop 
Also about Revs footer, you wouldn’t find it so repulsive if you knew the story, I find it incredibly hilarious to be honest. I love it!
