Coping with Nervousness

Hey all…

I’ve got a bad problem about getting overly nervous. It doesn’t even have to be anything big (just getting my schedule tomorrow for school), but I’ll almost get in pain after thinking about it so long.

For a while there, I felt like I was going to throw up… I tried reading, but that didn’t help at all (I couldn’t read a page). I’ve gotten more relaxed as I’ve been sitting down on the computer (I tend to hyperventilate when trying to go to bed, fearing the inevitable inability to do so), but as soon as I get back to bed, I’ll get more tense.

What do y’all do to deal with stress? I’ve always been very, very bad about this…
