I like the idea of the tree pre-loader. a bit more to go within the animation of leaves falling (another 5 minutes will make it look so much better.) A simplistic format but the colour scheme could do with a re-think. Another 30 mins on the graphics and it wil be sorted.

The loader looked sweet. It was smooth and stylish! I could see what they_played_tri was saying about the leaves, that could certainly seal the deal with that. The splash page could possibly use a bit of work. The book was a little overdone with the crinkled up paper look. It almost seemed unnatural. Try to play with the fonts sizes and colors too. Once again, it looks almost unnatural. With a little playing with it I’m shure it could look quite awesome! Keep up the good work, I would like to see what comes of this!

lower the brightness on those book pages, its too harsh, and also the smudge and blur effects on the edges are a bit too much, i like the shape of the book.
and was it me or…on your preloader i saw it unmask the tree, then this little portion on the lower right just “appeared” instead of the smooth mask i had been seeing - maybe it was my eyes this morning.
