Alright,
So I made up this logo for a client which is now going to be printed out as vinyl stickers to tag his company vehicles. The signage co. that he uses, said they cannot open the files I supplied, because they are “corrupt”. They wanted “AI” files so I sent them an AI 10 file. Then I finally talk to them, and they say they are using Corel. Will Corel open up .ai files? Anyway, I re-sent more files to them, one as a Illustrator 10, and then an .eps saved as AI 9.
Im using AICS on OSX, and I’ve never had this problem. They are on Windows.
Which never has been an issue. My fonts have been outlined so I know thats not it. I’m wondering why these files are showing up as “un-openable corrupt files” on their end. Corel should have no problem opening up an .eps. WTF?
I’ve heard of a few issues with illustrator CS, but cannot pinpoint what this problem is.
Any suggestions?
