Creating Continuous Movement

Hi I am trying to make bubbles move from one side of the screen to the other continuously…so I came here and I found a tutorial named "[size=4][color=#003366]**Creating **[font=Verdana]Continuous Movement " [size=2][color=black]and it seems perfect for what I need but its deosnt seem to go continuously so I was wondering if ya could help me out…I followed all the instructions exactly as was written…[/color][/size][/font][/color][/size]
