Can you make that with just the text and the arrow? Basically, if you could give your graphic a transparent background, that would be great 
I think you should make a png one with the gradient, but with transparency 
i thought pngs and IE had problems coexisting ?
there’s an ie hack for that
something that brings in ie’s propreitary transparency-loader thingy to make it work, don’t remember exactly how it’s done now but I might be able to find it…
