hi…i have this pic of a river and i want a misty fog to roll over it as though the wind was blowing it across the river. How can I acheive this effect? Those anyone know?

depends…i guess my way…the long way…would be to create a graphic of fog…turn the transparency down and keyframe it…theres probably an actionscript way to do it too, but that would be unknown to me…lol…
