If I drop off the face of this board… it could be from all the cursing that we are recently enjoying. Does it offend me? No. Will it offend information security in my place of business? You betcha. I cannot open some threads without seeing some serious talk going on… Whew… they’re gonna burn me for this one. They dont really have a sense of humor.

We’ll try to reduce the amount of swearing on the boards especially in the non TS areas. It is disturbing when some of us publicly curse - sets a bad precedent for other members to follow

I curse in here… thats about it… unless I am not paying attention to what I say in other sections.
But overall I try to replace swear words with non-swear words.
the cursing doesnt bother me. It’s the fact that this site would get banned from my company, which means I could only do this at night; Which means it would cut down my kirupa time 75%.
…Plus… I’d have to work more at the office! heheheh
Yeah that’s a problem for me as well because my school’s filtering software is really a pain. Even the most minor mention of simple words enables their blocking mechanism and prevents the site from being accessible on all school comps. I usually don’t post from school though - but I do browse, so it wouldn’t affect me as adversely as it would you

I’m all for less cursing. I know I do it occationaly… but most of the time I do a #@%% rather than a real curse of any kind. I figure that gets as much of the point across as I want to. 
I’ll see what I can do… and what I can enforce upon others.
