this problem nervous me

when i restart or open my PC the dail up window come up and going to dail to the internet… i didn’t told it (-: .
i tried everything and i can’t stop it… :vamp: .
finally i found rasautou.exe which in windows folder system 32, i found it throught tast manager because when i close it it’s open again… what i’ve to do to stop this nervous thing .
