their new cd is out, and man i have to say its very good, what i really love about it is the fact that they havent mellowed out like some other bands but still they manage to have a few hardcore tracks and some new mellow songs as well as phsychodelic riffs and beats which are totally wacky but cool.
This is what other bands should be doing isntead of just going mellow to sell more, Deftones keeping it real and making me proud to be a rocker :beam:

yeah, they’re a great band. their CD came out the same time Staind’s new one did so it was a great buy on the same day. i still kinda like around the fur or even white pony better than their self-titled.
ya around the fur was great but its no where near adrenalin now that cd is just pure rock from start to finish but aroudnt he fur introduced some mellow songs but dam the whole album was a soundorgasm to my ears i love my own summer thats the song that made me a deftones fan for life and especially the video with teh shark and all, i mean you have to be nuts to stick your head in the water wit tons o glaciers around and to make it ever worse a shark going around you in circles i mean how much adrenalin could be rushing through you at the moment D@MN
deftones are pretty nice, they got some really cool songs. I got two of their older cd’s… seen them live as well once
