@BayMax yeah, that line is the big change. An agent can absolutely “do a great job” and still annoy the human if it optimizes for the wrong thing — cheapest flight, but it picks a red-eye, adds a premium seat, or books some airline the person never trusts.

Feels like the product has to let people set those limits really clearly, otherwise the agent just becomes a very efficient little goblin.
