In your Publish settings, under the HTML tab, make sure that the option Display Menu is not active.

You could also set the [font=courier new]Stage.showMenu[/font] property to [font=courier new]false[/font]. 
Yea, it’s better to do what kode said because if someone views the .swf file, they’ll find out all ur mistakes and such. Kinda like http://2advanced.com/flashindex.swf :).
